About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from and use of the BHVD Kids online store, operated by BHVD Kids LLC. Our Shipping, Return and refund, and Privacy policies provide additional information about orders and data practices. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or limited by these terms.

Adult purchasers

Purchases and account creation are for adults who can enter a binding agreement. Parents and caregivers are responsible for reviewing the actual product label, ingredients, allergens and serving instructions before providing a product to a child. Website marketing is not individualized medical advice and does not replace product instructions or professional advice.

Product information

Review the product description and label supplied with your product. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. These terms do not permit us to substitute materially different goods without your agreement or limit your rights if a product does not match its description. We do not promise medical or therapeutic results.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Checkout displays the order subtotal, available delivery charges and applicable taxes before payment. Provide accurate contact, payment and shipping information. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock issue, payment failure, suspected fraud or a material listing error; if payment has been collected for an order we cancel, we will refund it. A material pricing error will not result in an additional charge without your agreement.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Our Shipping and Return and refund policies govern the operational process for delivery questions, cancellation requests and remedies. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the notice and cancellation/refund options required by law.

Optional communications

Purchasing does not require consenting to marketing. Unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in each email. Any text-marketing enrollment must use its own consent and program terms; these terms alone do not enroll you in SMS. Order-related communications may still be sent to complete and service your purchase.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the store for unlawful conduct, payment fraud, unauthorized access, malicious code or interference with other customers. Site branding and original content belong to their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not misrepresent an affiliation with BHVD Kids or commercially reproduce protected content without permission or other lawful authorization.

Third-party services

Checkout and related services are provided through Shopify and other service providers. Linked third-party websites have their own policies. This does not remove our responsibility for goods we sell or obligations imposed by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights for an existing order. Nothing here excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
