Shipping policy

Shipping rates

We ship to eligible U.S. addresses offered at checkout. Standard U.S. shipping is $8 on orders under $35 and free on orders $35 or more after discounts. Express shipping, when available, is priced separately at checkout. Applicable taxes are additional.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch within one week of order confirmation. Delivery transit time is additional. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch; express delivery is estimated at 1–2 business days after dispatch. Express speeds up transit, not order preparation. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you with a revised shipment date and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. We will cancel and refund when required by applicable law.

Ships unfrozen. Freeze at home.

calm pop ships unfrozen. Freeze at home until solid before enjoying, and follow the storage, preparation and serving instructions on your product label. Do not consume a pop if its individual wrapper is leaking, open or damaged.

Tracking and order changes

When your order ships, we send shipment confirmation and available tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after carrier receipt.

Check your address before ordering. For an address correction or cancellation request, email suzanne@bhvdkids.com promptly with your order number. We will help where possible, but changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is missing, damaged or contains incorrect items, contact suzanne@bhvdkids.com with your order number and a description. Photos help us investigate. See our Return and refund policy for remedies. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
